Events for the Year of 2007

Fayetteville has so many things to do. The town is in the middle of the "Golden Triangle" of Central Texas, and some say they are the "Best Little Weekend Town in Texas." Market Days, Midnight Madness, Antiques Shows are just some of the scheduled events that take place in this town.

Market Days on the Square
This event is held on the 2nd Saturday of each month, except January and February. 

Fayetteville Antique Shows
March 29 thru April 4 - Old Fire Station Antiques Show. 

Midnite Madness
April 6 and 7 - and October 5 and 6

Annual Good Old Summertime Bike Ride
June 3, 2007.  Call 979-378-2239 for more information.

Annual Lickskillet Days
October 21 & 22.  This annual event has a dance, BBQ Cookoff, Arts and Crafts, Parade, and an Auction.  The whole family can enjoy this event.  Call 1-888-575-4553 for more information.

Country Christmas
Held on Dec. 1, the first Saturday of December.  This is the one event to look forward to every year!  They have entertainment, carriage rides, wagon and hay rides.  They will have Texas authors on the Square to meet you and have book signings.  Contact Nancy at 979-378-2222 or 979-378-2897.  Texas authors: Contact Yvonne at 713-777-5333.
